Courtney Castelein, has a Masters of Science in Nursing and is a certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She began her health care career 10 years ago in emergency medicine. She has served her community as an advanced-EMT and a nurse prior to earning her current degree. She enjoys working with all ages and has utilized her skills in a variety of settings including; urgent care, emergency medicine, family practice, geriatrics, and neurosurgery. Since working in these areas Courtney has realized the importance of wellness and prevention to many chronic aspects of aging and disease progression. She is a certified DOT examiner who also specializes in skin care, weight loss, anti-aging, diabetes, hypertension, women’s health, urgent care, geriatrics and preventative wellness for all ages.

Courtney believes that healthcare should be time conscious, simple and cost effective with the focus set on the goals of the patient. She strives to provide the education and knowledge that comes with years of training in numerous settings and partnership that allows the patient to make the best decision for their health. When not in the office Courtney enjoys spending time with her family, dogs and enjoying all that beautiful southern, Wisconsin has to offer year round.
